"Moden Blanc" Brut
- A wine which tells us the of Pignoletto’s energy: fruity, intense, manifold, pleasant to drink but also leaving a memory of itself. Innovative.
- Alcohol content: 12% vol.
- Grape variety: Grechetto gentile
- Vinification: Soft pressing with both whole or stalk-less grapes at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts added. ‘Pris de Mousse’ in ‘cuve close’ at a low temperature.
- Accompaniments: Aperitifs, starters, white meat and fish.

- Characteristics: Light straw-yellow colour, slightly aromatic and fruity, abundant froth with fine and lasting perlage. Delicate taste with feelings of fresh fruit.
